Mary is currently the owner and director of therapy for Trigger Point Sports Performance in Chicago, Illinois. She has treated and been endorsed by members of the Chicago Bears Football Team. She has traveled all over the country teaching the Trigger Point Therapy Protocol to licensed health care professionals including Licensed Massage Therapists, Athletic Trainers, PT’s , OT’s MD’s, DC’s, DO’s, NP’s, and Nurses.

Mary Biancalana holds a Bachelors degree in Teaching Physical Education from DePaul University and a Masters Degree in Education, from Northeastern Illiniois University. Mary is an ACE (American Counsel on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer, Nationally Board Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist. She is the Vice-president and Conference Chairperson for the NAMTPT (National Association of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists). She is the author of the[JZ1] book “Trigger Point Therapy for Low Back Pain” along with her co-author. Mary is a highly sought after and engaging speaker for the health and fitness industry, as well as for the medical and massage therapy community.

Mary is recognized as a national leader in the field of muscle pain, and dynamic function and training. She has given hundreds of lectures to the community as well as to the professional medical and training sector.
