Creating Space

The massage table is an investment,

Thicker, wider, and strong.

A somatic recess,

Inviting rest,

With bolsters and pillows where they belong.

I took my time with the design,

So they can relax with grace.

Textures and hues,

A soft place for shoes—

I wanted it cozy, a welcoming space.

My hands are supple, trained, and ready.

I’m not here to heal or fix.

Pain may ease,

Tension release—

With presence and purpose, not tricks.

Hands meeting humans with consent and trust,

Breath and rhythm steady the pace.

Calming nerves, moving slow,

Pressure and flow—

Constantly creating space.
