Unfortunately useless

This headrest has an extremely poor design. The arms supporting the actual face rest are not long enough or adjustable enough and it is A) Too low for larger patients or patients with breasts, B) unless set as high as possible, the patients chin hits the support bar, C) The pivot joint makes it impossible to adjust the facerest close enough to the table for short patients and D) that pivot joint is absolutely going to snap if someone accidentally puts their weight on it. Just overall an extremely disappointing design .

This is a very good quality face cradle however i am unable to use this as the bar impacts my clients chin and worse the throat area. Please re design this,

I have been a bit frustrated with this face cradle since the bar across the base squashes many of my clients chins. If I have them move up higher it gets their chins clear of the bar but then they feel less secure on the table since their shoulders are off the front edge. I will be ordering the simpler version.

This base only fits tables where face rest holes are 9" apart, including the Athena, Omni, Feldenkrais, Elegance, Pro, Majestic, McKenzie and Hands Free.

To ensure proper fit: At the head of your massage table, measure the distance from the center of the left face rest hole to the center of the right face rest hole. Please call us if you need additional assistance.

To move the face rest from side to side, lock the adjustment handle and move the face rest into the desired location. The face rest may require a small amount of pressure to move as it is purposefully stiff so as not to move during treatment.
